Hilda and Harko regulars whatever the weather

By - Two of Kaffeccinos regular customers cross the North Sea for their favourite coffee!

Hilda and Harko Schmidt from Ymuiden, Holland are frequent travellers to Newcastle with DFDS and have been regulars at Kaffeccinos since we opened nearly four years ago.

Bill Croney of Kaffeccinos said "our friendship began when Harko a keen South African Rugby fan asked if I knew the rugby results. I downloaded the results from the internet and printed them out, Harko was delighted and impressed with our customer service.

Since then every time they come to Newcastle they always pop in to say hello and have told all their family and friends about us who also pop in to tell us they have heard about us from Hilda and Harko.

Bill goes on to say "with the severe weather we have been having lately we have been supported by our large customer base of local regulars for which we are extremely grateful, but I think it speaks volumes that when the bus carrying the passengers from the DFDS Amsterdam Ferry arrived in Newcastle and which is always welcomed by me that the first priority Hilda and Harko had were a full english breakfast and a cup of our famous coffee (as served in The Savoy, London).

Hilda and Harko, live opposite the DFDS ferry terminal in Ymuiden, Holland and watch the Ferries coming and going every day and love to travel to Newcastle with DFDs whatever the weather!
